Security

Our ticket solution is hosted in UK Grid Synergy House. The data centre is heavily protected against infiltration, fire and power outage. Access is securely restricted, using a secure door entry control system with swipe card entry which gives customer access only to the relevant areas of the Data Centre, fully fitted with IP close circuit TV both internally and externally and onsite 24 x 7 security.

All access to our systems is logged to a central server so that any unauthorized access would be immediately detected. We have a failsafe full nightly backup procedure in place to our data centre environment ensuring that all data is recoverable, with the ability to have snapshots of our system at any time for complete resilience. Redundancy and business continuity have been taken into consideration with every aspect of our architecture design enabling us to recover data if required to any point in time, therefore no transaction would be lost.
