The Warehouse Project
www.thewarehouseproject.com
Since September 2006, The Warehouse Project has established itself on the Manchester clubbing scene. The Warehouse Project has a certain exclusivity that creates an excitement previously only associated with legendary venues such as Sankeys and the Hacienda. The Warehouse Project is a programme of clubbing events that takes place over twelve weeks, concentrating on a different sub-genre of dance at each event.
In the past 12 months Ticketline have sold over 80,000 bar-coded and e-tickets for The Warehouse Project events.
As well as selling tickets to the Store Street venue below Piccadilly Train Station, the Afterhours events at South Nightclub we also sell for the Parklife events which take part in Platt Fields Park.
An external venue such as a public park will have its own complexities and we made life simple for the organisers by providing bar-coded tickets for the event and managing access via scanners. We provided all the necessary hardware, software, training and support to successfully implement on-site scanning of our bar-coded tickets. The scanning devices are hand held and come preloaded with our user friendly scanning software and are connected to the customer database by way of a wireless network which can be used in a variety of environments. The system also offers real-time reporting, which allows easy monitoring of crowd flow and capacity.
Ticketline also supports The Warehouse Project with the sale and despatch of merchandise, including branded t-shirts and hoodies. We hold items in our own stockroom and we despatch directly to the customer.

"For my sins, I've been a promoter and venue owner for 14 years. Throughout my time, I've tried and tested every single form of ticket outlet, from individual shops to large international ticket offices. There is only one outlet that has been consistently professional throughout. Ticketline are not only professional, but are also both helpful and prompt with payment. Not only do they act as a ticket office, but they strive to help on a weekly basis with promoting our events to their large database through a weekly e-flyer. There is no other ticket office that we would consider, and we look forward to a long and prosperous future with Ticketline."

Kennedy Street

Having been instrumental in the tours and gigs of the country's if not the world's major artists for a quarter of a century, Ticketline manage Kennedy Streets business on a main agent basis and have an incredibly close relationships with them. Since the early days of selling tickets over the counter to the now advanced and high pressured nature of mass selling currently experienced the end result is the same, it's the nuts and bolts that we provide that help the transactions take place have changed.
All of us here at Ticketline are delighted to have such a well respected and established business, such as Kennedy Street, on our books.

"So I was booking the bands in Manchester and [Beatles manager] Brian Epstein was doing a similar thing in Liverpool, and we started exchanging; I would bring his Liverpool groups over to Manchester and he would take my Manchester groups over to Liverpool. I started working the Beatles locally around the Manchester area with him and that led to me actually doing a full-blown theatre tour with them."
"At that time, the Beatles were new and exciting and very fresh. The business became very serious after that, but at that stage, you'd do your shows and party afterwards. It was much more lighthearted in those days, but the excitement for that tour was unbelievable. Tickets would go on sale on a Saturday morning, and predominantly be sold over the counter at the venues; I don't think credit cards were in force then and of course, the Internet was many, many years later. For this particular tour, the queues for tickets would go 300 or 400 yards round the block and with tickets going on sale at 10 o'clock, it would take the theatres all day to clear them."

Creamfields
www.creamfields.com
The legendary event which is Creamfields storms ahead every year, to ever greater public applaud and acclaim, drawing the biggest names in dance music together for an all star line-up, whose fans determination to go to the event is so clearly evident from when the tickets go onsale that we thrive on the expectation of this onsale.
Ticketline have serviced this event and their national and international events under their Cream label for over a decade and in that time our relationship has gone from strength to strength. As Creamfields grows, we grow because as they need new functions for their clients, we in turn make them available.
For Creamfields we provide bespoke ticket stock. Our in house graphic artists work with Creamfields to produce a stock that not only looks good but is also practical, is in keeping with the Cream brand and meets both Creamfields' and their customer's expectations.
Our white label solution for Creamfields takes the artwork provided and replicates it exactly so that for customers the transition from Creamfields to Ticketline is seamless.
As Creamfields takes place at an outdoor venue we have made life simple for the organisers by providing bar-coded tickets for the event and managing access via scanners. We provide all the necessary hardware, software, training and support to successfully implement on-site scanning of our bar-coded tickets. The scanning devices are hand held and come preloaded with our user friendly scanning software and are connected to the customer database by way of a wireless network which can be used in a variety of environments. The system also offers real-time reporting, which allows easy monitoring of crowd flow and capacity.
Ticketline provide staff to manage both ticketing and access control on site over the weekend of the Creamfields event.

Bestival & Camp Bestival
www.bestival.net | www.campbestival.net
These events are rapidly growing in reputation as the must see festival of the year and scooping a myriad of awards and accolades at the 2009 festival awards saw them crowned as unofficial champions of the industry, what will they unleash on us this year?
Each year we provide all aspects of the "Bestival Brand's" ticket selling and box office need from cradle to grave. Each following year they ask us to provide the same functions again for their next event.
We are delighted to list Jon Hughes and Rob da Bank as clients and friends to our business, without them the industry wouldn't be the same I'm sure.

Remenham Farm
www.henleyregatta.com
The Copas Partnership are a family business who specialise in both the breeding and selling of turkeys, and the use of their Remenham Farm and Temple Island Meadows land for events. Remenham Farm is used extensively during the Henley Royal Regatta and the Copas Partnership offer reserved car parking, camping, picnics, moorings, shows and restaurants over this period.
They have previously managed all their sales in house but this year they contacted Ticketline. We helped Copas move the majority of their customers from telephone sales to web sales, 75% of all sales were completed online.
Our white label solution took the artwork provided and replicated exactly the look and feel of the Copas site. For customers the transition was seamless and they were able to purchase in one easy transaction.
The complexity of selling for Remenham Farm @ Henley Regatta required some thinking outside of the box but the adaptability and flexibility of Ticketware meant that we were able to achieve everything we set out to.
On the web we added a text box to specific sessions where customers could indicate a preference of where they car park space was, where their tent pitch was and indeed who they wanted to sit with in the restaurant. This meant that groups could book separately and be consolidated by Copas.
Across the events we offered different postage options including Standard Post, Secure Post and e-tickets. Our despatch team worked within guidelines set down by Copas and delivered the relevant passes and tickets in the timescales required.
Pride in Brighton & Hove
www.brightonpride.org
The history of Pride in Brighton & Hove stretches back as far as 1992 when there was a very modest afternoon event on The Level. Since then it has evolved into the biggest Pride festival in the UK and in September 2004 was awarded charitable status. Pride in Brighton & Hove runs a number of exciting events to help fund the organisation, the festival and the support for the local LGBT voluntary sector as well as bringing a wide range of people together who otherwise might not have such social access.
In 2011 it was announced that due to rising costs and pressure from the council and the emergency services to keep numbers under safe limits the park would be ticketed for the first time.
Using our many years of ticketing experience Ticketline worked with the organisers of Pride in Brighton & Hove to put together a plan for ticketing their event for the first time. Rather than arrange a wristband exchange on site at the event, something which requires a staffing resource, Ticketline are despatching wristbands directly to customers.
Ticketline's web site and call centre was also able to support Pride in Brighton & Hove's pre-sale plans. Residents of Brighton & Hove were able to purchase tickets before they went to general sale. During the pre-sale the website and call centre would only allow residents of certain agreed postcodes to purchase tickets, other customers were advised of the general onsale date.
Band On The Wall

They have consistently maintained a high level of service and support, clear understanding of our ticketing needs and, given that we are a charity, supported our aims and objectives far beyond what would normally be expected from a commercial partner; they have been instrumental to Band on the Wall's successful re-launch and our development as a region wide promoter."

"This is our first season using Ticketline and it has gone extremely well. Our Account Manager was very helpful and answered questions quickly, he was always available to us. On match days we could always get hold of an Account Manager or Phone Room Supervisor, even out of normal office hours. This is vital for us as matches take place in evenings and over weekends. Our dedicated phone line and it was answered 'Team Bath Tickets'. Ticketline handled all our group and school bookings, raising invoices and taking payments.
We look forward to a successful second season on the court and with Ticketline."
